Types of Partner Repairers
Partner Smash Repairer
- Must sign a Partner agreement with a term of 5 years or more
- Must comply with the Partner agreement including business rules and procedures, and perform to at least the minimum standards required
- Have access to our Online Repair Management (ORM) system, depending on your current systems
- May need to develop and agree on a performance strategy with us
As a Partner, your performance is monitored and reviewed through the Partner National Standards. If you don’t meet the required standards, you may lose your Partner status. In some cases, such as when there's evidence of fraud, you may be removed from the network.
Partner Hail Repairer
- Partner Hail Repairers (PHR) are asked to sign a formal agreement with us for a specified term.
- Partner Hail Repairers:
- Must sign a Partner agreement with a term of 5 years or more
- Must comply with the Partner agreement including business rules and procedures, and perform to at least the minimum standards required
- Must be able to service all areas of Australia when a storm event occurs and set up temporary workshops in the affected area/s
- Must have the capability to process and manage all hail claims start to finish for each event
- Have access to our Online Repair Management (ORM) system, depending on your current systems
- May need to develop and agree on a performance strategy with us

Non Partner Smash Repairer
As a Non Partner Repairer, your business performance may be monitored in the areas of customer service, quality and cost.
As a high-performing Non Partner, you may be offered Partner status if we have a need in your area.
